TROOP E TO PARTICIPATE IN BATTLE OF ANTIETAM
16 Enlisted Men and Officers to Take Part in Fete

Sixteen enlisted men and officers of Troop E, 104th Cavalry, Pennsylvania National Guard, will participate on Thursday in the reenactment of the battle of Antietam at Sharpsburg, Md., as a portion of the program climaxing the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the battle.

The local troop members will combine with members from Troop F, Waynesboro and the Carlisle troop to form one provisional troop in the mock battle. The local troop members will leave the barracks on Thursday morning and return Friday.

The sixteen horses of the troop will be taken by truck to Sharpsburg the same day.
