WANDA VIRGINIA GERARD
"Wandie" "Gerry"
President of History Club (3); Gym Club (3); Glee Club (4); Secretary of Dramatic Club (4); "Kicked Out of College."

She has a smile that never wears off.

Speaking of sweet, demure, hard to find lassies, just glance upward. When Penn Hi opened its portals to opportunity and education, Wanda was among the first to enter.
This participant in the fun and frolic of the class of '28 has one failing—and that is her love for—hush—chocolates! Perhaps "he" taught her how to eat them.
Nevertheless, Wanda is the best bon-bon hider in the class and there is no exception to the compliment.
Gerry is blest with two characteristics — she is a blonde and she has a charming disposition. With these two weapons, she attacked our hearts at Penn and she conquered !

WILMA GOODRICH
"Goodie"
French Club (4); "The Quill," Athletic Editor; Junior Class President; Senior Class Vice-President; Dramatic Club (3-4); Basket-ball (2-3-4); Field Ball Captain (4); Track (2-3-4); Gym Club (3-4); Volley Ball (2-3-4); "Pickles"; Glee Club (4); "Kicked Out of College."

A heart as true as steel"

Picture, in your mind's eye, a slim, dark haired girl whose every movement speaks of years of athletic training. Give to her a quick ready smile, a keen sense of humor and a huge store of knowledge, and you have Goodie.
Wilma is known as one of Penn Hi's best athletes. In spite of her work in this line, she always finds time to study and ranks near the head of all her classes.
Her greatest ambition is to become a good athletic instructor and from past records we feel sure that there she will find success.
