The Penn Hi Dramatic Club has been one of the most active clubs in the school and has completed a most successful year with the help of the faculty advisers, Miss Pritchard and Miss Perdue.
The first public appearance of this club was made in the fall of '25 when it presented "The Trysting Place" and "For Distinguished Service" under the direction of Miss Evelyn Dowling.
The next year the reputation of this club was firmly established when "Nearly a Honeymoon" and "The Ghost Story" were presented under the supervision of Miss Virginia McElrath.
Later in the year the club produced "The Hoodoo" which attained the very heights of success. The year was noted for the wonderful dramatic "finds."
