with Thomas and Davis but those who were present had a good time. The Sophomores still claim it was the best dance of the season.

Junior Prom
The Junior Class surprised and delighted the Seniors when it was announced that they would be entertained at the first annual Junior-Senior Prom.
On May 25th that long awaited day came. The auditorium was decorated in brightly colored festoons and large palms. The evening passed quickly as all enjoyable things will but the Juniors and Seniors say this was the best dance that was ever given and hope the future Proms will be as successful.

Senior Prom
The Farewell Party of the Seniors was held June 20th. It proved a wonderful success and surpassed the expectations of all present.
The auditorium was gaily decorated with greenery and cut flowers. Japanese lanterns were used to furnish the light, which created a very mellow and pleasing effect.
The orchestra was also wonderfully successful, this fact was shown by the enthusiastic applause given to it at the end of each number.
This party imprinted a lasting picture on the memory of every Senior for there they cut their last retaining cord which held them to the school.
