September 12—First practice of Soccer.
September 13—Election of Year Book Staff.
September 14—"Maggie's" imagination ran wild today in English.
September 15—Still having our troubles with inrush of green Sophomores.
September 16—"Huttie" looked natural.
September 19—First Year Book Staff meetings—quite business-like.
September 20—Organization of Boys' and Girls' Glee Clubs. Wow! ! Such shrieking.
September 21—Squeek, squeek; creek, creek—our relatives, the grass-hoppers and toads greeted us in Physics Class.
September 22—Field ball team made first appearance on field—and boy, what a practice!
September 24—Tag Day—Such influx of "capita." Impossible to find need for so much.
September 25—"Gainah" had his hair combed. Gosh! What an improvement.
September 28—Argument in Home Room. Cause: Color of flower boxes. Girls won. Color —red.
September 29—"Maggie" stopped eating (between meals.)
October 3—P. A. H. S. Taxi made its first appearance.
October 4—Field and Soccer ball games at Bruce.
October 5—Fire drill—very exciting???
October 6—Organizing of Dramatic Club.
October 7—Ruth did not speak in English. Cause—absent.
October 8—Field and Soccer ball games with Coney.
October 10—Senior Sorority organized at "Milly's" house—a wild time.
October 11—Staff meeting—oh, these year books!
October 12—Columbus discovered America (in case you didn't know.)
October 14—Game at Barton. Girls won 8-4. Some game.
October 17—"Milly" was on time today for school—miracle.
October 18—Glendon got "Halifax" on his radio.
October 19—If "Eddie II" had grown taller when he was little he would be under a slighter handicap now.
October 21—Game with Bruce. Girls won 2-0.
October 22—"Pat" has invested in a car, a Ford as usual—some car.
October 23—"Elma" stopped talking for one whole minute.
October 28—High School Hallowe'en Dance—some dance.
November 1—Game with Barton—Won—Girls, 4-0; Boys 3-0.
November 2—Visitors' Day—Seniors on good behavior.
November 3—Alice really forgot her rouge today.
November 4—"Maggie" put her hair up. Hurray!
November 9—"Ernie" had his picture taken for year book. Poor camera.
November 10—Roy was in a laughing humor.
November 11—"Abie" is heading steadily toward an "A" in Physics Class (a door.)
November 13—Howard and Ruth were found in Physic Lab. together.
November 14—First basket-ball practice (10 killed.)
November 15—"The Quill" selected as name for annual.
November 17—Auditorium decorated for French Club dance.
November 18—French Club Dance. Elaborate affair.
November 21—Milson is still mischievous.
November 22—Almeda got a hair cut. Found someone's lost pocketbook.
November 23—Thanksgiving Holidays.
November 25—Dorothy did not mention "its" name today.
November 26—Practicing for "Nothing But The Truth."
November 28—"Pat's" car still has wheels but no gas.
November 29—Practicing hard for "Nothing But The Truth."
November 30—Almeda has an Allegany Hi-Y pin. Wonder who he is?
December 1—Mr. Swanson plans his trip to Baltimore.
December 3—Hi-Y pins are floating around. Seems to be a girls' club.
December 8—"Nothing But The Truth" a big success.
