This mid-1940's era photograph depicts the Fulton Myers Drum and Bugle Corps. They are standing in front of the downtown Cumberland City Hall.

The gentleman behind the middle majorette is Mr. Harry Fisher who is credited with starting the Drum and Bugle Corps. The second majorette from the left is Jean Beckward.
