Was committed to the Gaol of Washington County in the state of Maryland, on the 26th ult. negro FRANK, a runaway, about 18 or 19 years old, 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high, had on when committed, a coarse drab doublet and overalls, about half worn. He says he belongs to a Lawyer Keith of Alexandria, Virginia but that he ran away from a Quarter of Mr Keith’s, about six miles from Centreville in Virginia.
