Barton, Md Aug 6, 1889

C.E. Hambright Esq

Dear Sir
Yours at hand and content noted.
I have talked to the miners of this place and I cant get at the number that will come to the parade. But I think that there will be a fair turnout if works is suspended. - one thing is requested by the peopel to know if the hotels and other houses is going to put the tarif on as they did at the Reunion. The Committee had better make some arrangments regarding prices for board it will be grate satisfaction to peopel of this region to know what the fair will be I will try and come down soon to some of the meetings.

Respectfully,
S.S. Warnick.
