In 1873, the City Attorney was S. A. Cox. In 1890, James Reid was Street Supervisor, Oscar Willard was Chief Engineer of the Water Works, and R. W. McMichael was City Attorney. In 1901, A. A. Doub was City Attorney, Dr. J. M. Spear was City Health Officer, D. P. LeFevre was City Engineer, and S. O. Osborn was Street Superintendent. In 1905, F. Brooke Whiting was City Attorney, D. P. LeFevre was City Engineer, Dr. C. H. plase was Health Officer, and Louis H. Young was Street Superintendent. In 1909, Joseph Sprigg was City Attorney, Leander Schaidt was City Engineer, Dr. G. L. Carder was Health Officer, and Joseph Griffin was Street Superintendent. In 1911, Dr. Francis E. Harrington was Health Officer. In 1916, Dr. George T. Broadrup was Health Officer. In 1917, David A. Robb was City Attorney, Ralph Rizer was City Engineer, and Max J. Colt on was Health Officer. In 1921, William E. Walsh was City Attorney, Ralph Rizer was City Engineer, and Arthur G. Fowler was Superintendent of the dam. In 1925, Charles A. Heskett was City Attorney, Ralph Rizer was City Engineer, and Arthur L. Weber was Chairman of the Civil Service Commission. In 1927, Charles Z. Heskett was City Attorney, Ralph Rizer was City Engineer, and George Henderson was Chairman of the Civil Service Commission. In 1931, Charles Z. Heskett was City Attorney, Ralph Rizer was City Engineer, and Charles J. Bruce was Superintendent of the dam. In 1933, F. Brooke Whiting was City Attorney, Henry W. Schaidt was City Engineer, and W. Carl Richards was Chairman of the Civil Service Commission. In 1940
