President Dreyfus Advises Chamber of Commerce That Project is Well in Hand.

The Cumberland Chamber of Commerce was advised by letter from Dr. Camille Dreyfus, president, American Cellulose and Chemical Company, Ltd., New York, this morning, that his company is planning for the establishment of an extensive silk making plant, at the present manufactory at Amcelle, five miles west of this city. Dr. Dreyfus also stated that Charles L. Auger, president of the National Silk Dyeing Company, Patterson, N. J., had joined the board of directors of the cellulose company and has agreed to take a very substantial financial interest in the concern.
