A horse-drawn pumper makes its way down Potomac Street as part of the 1905 Firemen's Parade in Hagerstown. The shiny dome can be seen in the wagon pulled by two white horses. A brass band carrying their instruments is about to turn the corner from West Washington into the Square. The balcony above Chas E. Bowman Cigar Manufacturer and many of the windows are filled with spectators.
