Western Maryland Railroad depot. It was built in 1877 at the S.W. corner of W. Washington and Foundry (now Burhans)and replaced in 1913, on the other side of the track between Washington and Franklin Streets, by the station now used by the police department. This is the southwest view of the station. (Western Maryland Railway 1872-1999, Carroll F. Spitzer, 200?.)
