Home Guards.—The Boonsboro' Odd Fellow says that quite a fine company of Home Guards has recently been organized in that place. They number about 90, and have elected the following officers :—
Captain—Elias Davis.
1st Lieutenant—Joseph O'Neal.
2d Lieutenant—G. R. Strause.
Orderly Sergeant—F. H. Irwin.
2d do J. H. Snooks.
3d do Elias O'Neal.
4th do J. T. C. Wilman.
1st Corporal—Tiras Welty.
2d de L. Dagenhart,
3d do F. Strause.
4th do M. Spielman.
Treasurer—A Walters.
