The Seminary Hospital.—

We understand that this Hospital has been discontinued, and that those of the inmates who were not discharged or sent to their Regiments, were taken to the Smoketown Hospital in the lower part of the county. From the latter a large number of maimed soldiers were sent to their homes, including seven who had each lost a leg at the Antietam battle, and who were standing in a group one day last week at the Railroad depot, awaiting passage North, presenting a sad, sad spectacle of the horrors of war.

These soldiers were went away without a cent of money in their pockets, the Government being largely in arrears to them as it is to the army generally, but we are glad to perceive that the bill authorizing the issue of $100,000,000 legal tender notes for the immediate payment of the army and navy is now a law, and that no debts of the Government will be paid until the demands of the soldiers are satisfied.
