A CAVALRY COMPANY.—

F. H. Irwin, Esq., Editor of the Boonsboro’ Odd -Fellow, and J. F. BROWNLEY, are engaged in raising a Cavalry Company. They have already some sixty or seventy members, and advertised them to meet on Monday in Boonsboro' for the purpose of organizing and proceeding to Baltimore, where they will be mustered into the service, clothed and equipped. The editor of the Odd Fellow has suspended his paper with the last issue, taking leave of his patrons in a very handsome valedictory.
