A Fatal Accident.

Wednesday last, as we understand, a young man, named George Fisher, aged about 20 years, accidentally fell, as he was leaving a boat at the “Four Locks” in this County, to step upon a plank leading across a race, and struck his head against the plank, with so much violence as to cause instant death.
