Soldier Shot.—Detective Crosby, attempted to arrest a soldier at Leitersburg one day last week, who resisted, and was shot by Crosby, the ball inflicting a wound in the region of the throat. The soldier claimed that his time was up, but had not received his discharge, and was on his way home to his home in Lancaster county, Pa. The wound was dressed by Dr. W. A. Ruddlemoser, and at last accounts the wounded man was doing well.
