The subscriber offers at private sale his House and LOT in Smithsburg. The LOT contains
TWO ACRES
in a high state of cultivation, and enclosed with a substantial paling fence. There is also on the same a
Thrifty Young Orchard
of CHOICE FRUIT, consisting of Apples, Pears, Peaches, Plums, Apricots and Grapes. The HOUSE is very commodious, built of BRICK and finished throughout in the best manner, containing EIGHT ROOMS and HALL, with cellar under the whole. There is also a Kitchen attached, built of Brick, never-failing well of water in the yard and a cistern in the rear of the kitchen. There is also a COMFORTABLE TENANT HOUSE, suitable for a small family, with garden separate from the main house. Hog-pen and Corn-crib, and Stabling sufficient for two horses and cows. I will also sell
FIVE ACRES OF LAND,
Lying on the turnpike between Smithsburg and Cavetown, which is divided into THREE LOTS. These Lots cannot be surpassed in productiveness of soil.
