The following valuable Property, ---Viz
A HOUSE and Lot in Hagerstown, near the Court House, and adjoining that late of John Harry -- This will situated House and remarkably rich Lot will be sold entire, or divided, as may best suit the purchaser.
Two Houses and five Lots, well situated for Tradesmen, in the addition to Hagerstown, on the road to Fort Cumberland.
One whole Lot, under good fence, adjoining Mrs. Weimer.
Three other Lots in Hagerstown, well fenced in, and a good orchard on two of them.
Two Tracts of patented Land in Hampshire County, Virginia, one containing 271, and the other 348 acres.
Likewise for sale, a strong hearty Negro Woman, fit for either House or Out-work.
As it is supposed that purchasers will view the different property before they bargain, I have therefore omitted dwelling on their respective good properties.
