BEING impowered by Mr. JOHN SALMON for the purpose, I offer the following property, in this County, for Sale---to wit,
That convenient and well situated House, Lot , Stables and improvements in the town of Sharpsburgh, now in the possession of Mr. Conrad Shitz – The situation of this Lot, and the convenience of the buildings thereon, for Tavern and Store are so well known that no further description is necessary.
FOUR LOTS of ground in said town, lying contiguous to the great spring, and well adapted for being improved so as to suit most kinds of business.
Half a Lot of Ground in Hager’s Town, in a good situation, adjoining the dwelling house of the late Patrick McCardle. The half lot is well inclosed and has on it a convenient log Stable.
A likely, active Negro Girl, about 18 years of age, esteemed a good House-Wench.
Any person who may be inclined to purchase the above property, or any part thereof, will be informed of the terms by applying to me in Hager’s Town, and I will attend at Mr. David Harvey’s in Sharpsburgh on Monday the 15th of August next, for this purpose, provided the property be not disposed of before that day.

Washington County, July 4, 1791.
