FARM FOR SALE

THE undersigned desires to go West and will sell at private sale the Farm on which he now lives in Washington county, District No. 1, on the road from Keedysville to Harper’s Ferry in Lesley Valley —the said farm
Containing 297 ACRES or 225, as may suit the purchaser or purchasers; 180 Acres cleared and under cultivation, and about 65 Acres well set in Timber, Chestnut and Oak, with good improvements.
A ONE AND A HALF
Story Log House, Smoke House and other out-buildings, and a never-failing Spring with WAGON SHED and CORN CRIB attached to it. The FARM is laid out in eleven fields, with never-failing water in all the fields, and a fine young thrifty ORCHARD, with upwards of one hundred trees of choice fruit.
