Examiner’s Notice.

THE undersigned having been duly appointed by the County Commissioners of Washington County to enquire whether the public convenience requires the following by-road should be opened, viz: beginning near Andrew Funk's barn on the Cavetown road and running thence through the lands of John Bowman, Mase’s heirs, Daniel Stouffer, Dr. Fahrney and John Wisherd, past Mt. Zion Church (a distance of about five hundred yards) to intersect the public road which runs from Dr. Fahrney’s to Benevola, hereby give notice that they will meet at the place of beginning on SATURDAY the 27th day of SEPTEMBER next, (if fair and if not the next fair day,) and proceed to execute said commission
