In the matter of the petition of John Newcomer (of Joel,) for the benefit of the insolvent law of Maryland.

NO. 2311. —In the Circuit Court for Washington County. -ORDERED by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, this 25th day of August, 1862, that the sale made and reported by Jacob Keedy and Joshua Newcomer, heretofore appointed Trustees for the sale of the real estate in the proceedings of this cause mentioned, be ratified and confirmed, unless cause to the contrary be shewn to the Court on or before the 17th day of September next: provided, a copy of this order be inserted in some newspaper published in Hagerstown at least once a week for three successive weeks, before the said last mentioned day.
The report states the amount of sale to be eight thousand dollars.
