In the matter of the sale of the Real Estate of John FEIGLEY, deceased, as made by Joseph Rench, his Executor.
In the Orphans’ Court for Washington County: Ordered by Court, here this 15th day of August, A.D. 1862, that the sale of the Real Estate of John Feigley, late of said county, dec’d, as made by Joseph Rench, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and this day reported to this Court, will be ratified and confirmed on the 9th day of September next, provided, a copy of this order be inserted in some newspaper published in Hagerstown at least once a work for three successive weeks, before the said last mentioned day , and no cause to the contrary be shewn to the Court on or before the 9th day of September next.
The report states the amount of sales to be $530.
