Fifteen negroes belonging to ELIAS CHENEY, Esq., of Funkstown, and one to ALEXANDER MITCHELL, Esq., of this vicinity, ranaway to Pennsylvania, on Friday night last. A reward of one thousand dollars has been offered for their apprehension.
