FOR SALE

Parkhead Forge, with a Grist and Saw-Mill, on Licking Creek, near its junction with Potowmack River, and upwards of Two Thousand Acres of Land, extending on the River a considerable distance, part of it in Cultivation and of a good quality, the rest abounding in Saw Logs and Cord Wood; the Forge having received considerable Repairs this Fall, in now in Complete Order, and on a very good Construction. The Purchaser may be supplied with some Pig Iron and Charcoal. One Third of the Value to be Paid down, the Remainder on reasonable Credit.
ALSO, FOR SALE,
Ten Thousand Acres of Land and the Furnace, called Fort Frederick, with all the Negroes and Stock belonging to the same---a large Quantity of Coal is provided, and Ore collecting for a Blast next Spring---
there is also a good Mill and Tanyard on the Premises. The Land extends on the River about Nine Miles--and there are several valuable Farms under Lease, and a valuable one well stocked, and Grain Sowed down.
