TO BE SOLD, to the Highest Bidder, on the Premises, on Monday the 14th day of April next,
All the personal Estate of HENRY PAWLING, deceased, consisting of a number of Slaves and Servants, Men, Women, Boys and Girls, used to all manner of Farming and House-work, a good Stock of Horses, Cattle, Work-Oxen, Hogs, Sheep, &c. – Several Waggons and Farming Utenils ; together with all the House Furniture. Six months Credit; Bonds with approved Security required.
The day following will be Rented, or Let out on Shares, all the Lands belonging to said Estate.
______ who have Claims against said Estate are requested to make them known to the Administratix.
