Will be exposed to Public Sale,

On the premises, on Thursday the 16th of November next,
THAT well known Tavern stand, and half Lot of ground thereunto belonging, now occupied by the subscriber, situate in Washington street, next door to the Postoffice in Hagerstown. The House is two stories high, with a two story back building adjoining, Kitchen, Cellar, Stabling, Shed, a pump of good and never-failing water at the Kitchen door, and sundry other out-houses and conveniences— the whole in good order. —An indisputable title will be given to the purchaser, and possession may be had on the 20 of March next.
At the Same time and place will be sold, a Negro Man, who is a good Ostler—sober, honest and industrious—-a Negro Woman, who is a good Cook, and well acquainted with house work, generally, a Negro Girl, between 14 and 16 years of age, smart and active—Also, a variety of Household & Kitchen Furniture, consisting of an Eight day Clock, Corner Cupboard, Beds & Bedsteads, Tables, Chairs, several Ten-plate Stoves with pipe, and a number Of other article too tedious to enumerate. The sale will commence at 9 o’clock A. M. when the terms will be made known, and due attendance given by
CHRISTIAN FECHTIG.
