PUBLIC SALE.
WILL be sold at public sale, at the late residence of Joseph Krotzer, dec’d, on Beaver Creek, about one mile from Witmer’s Store on the road leading to the mountain, on Saturday the 7th day of June next, the following property, to wit :
Three head of horses. 1 Carriage, a lot of Posts, and Stakes,
3,000 Joint Shingles, 1 Work Bench, 1 Silver Watch etc.
Also—Some Household and Kitchen Furniture consisting of 1 Bedstead and Bedding, 6 Chairs, 1 Stove and Pipe, a lot of Carpeting, 1 Clock, &c.
Also—1 LIKELY NEGRO BOY, to be sold for a term of years.
Sale to commence at 9 o’clock on said day when a credit of six months will be given on all sums of $5 and upwards, purchasers giving their notes with approved security; sums under $5 cash.
