Public Sale.

WILL be sold, at public sale, on Wednesday the 23d day of March next, at the late residence of Joseph Reel, deceased, adjoining Sharpsburg—all the personal estate of said deceased, consisting of

One HORSE—one HEIFER;

Grain the ground— Hay by the ton—one cross cut and one mill Saw—one Wagon and Ladders—Household and Kitchen Furniture, such as Beds and Bedding, Tables and Chairs, Bureau, Desk and Cupboards—three Stems with Pipe, Carpeting, one eight day Clock, and many other articles—Also,

One Negro Woman and four Children,

who will be sold for a term of years. —ALSO Will be sold at the same time and place, the Real Estate of said deceased, consisting of

10 ACRES OF LAND

adjoining Sharpsburg, with a stone millhouse 45 by 3i feet with two pair stones—the Mill in tolerable repair—stone Dwelling HOUSE, two stories high, Swisser Barn, stone Spring House on a never failing Spring —wash house and smoke house, and other outbuildings. About 5 Acres of the land is first rate meadow. There is a Mill seat of 27 feet fall and more than 200 locust trees on the premises. Also, a good apple and peach orchard.

Sale will commence at 9 o'clock on said day, when due attendance and a reasonable credit will be given on the personal property—and the terms of sale of the real property, which will be advantageous, will be made known, by
