Sheriffs Sale.

Thursday the 27th day of August inst. at the house of Milton H. Sackett, in Williams Port—

One undivided moiety or half part of a Tract of Land, lying in Washington county, Maryland and near to Williams Port, containing from 60 to 65 acres of good farming land

Also one Negro man about 24 years of age —seized and taken as the property of Charles Hesletine, to satisfy sundry Fifa's from Washington county Court to me directed. Sale to commence at 4 o'clock.
