A Fugitive.
A man in Massachusetts has written to Hagerstown, that a fugitive slave of the late Col. Frisby Tilghman, who ran away 20 years ago, and who is now in Canada, will give $100 if his freedom papers are sent to him. So says the Mail of last week.
