MARYLAND REDEEMED!!

THE NEW CONSTITUTION CARRIED ! THE SOLDERS DECIDE ITS ADOPTION

Liberty to all the land

Baltimore, Oct. 17. We have the following tonight :
Returns all in, showing a deficiency on the home vote of 1554. Soldiers vote thus far received 2463 making a majority for the New Constitution of 889 votes, which will be increased, it is thought, not less than 500 more. Thus the New Constitution is clearly adopted.
