Four Dollars Reward

RAN away from the subscriber, living about six miles from Hagerstown, near Gen. Sprigg’s on the 14th inst. a negro boy named CESAR, about sixteen years of age; had on when he went away a short brown coat, white cloth waistcoat with white round top buttons, tow linen shirt and trowsers, old shoes, and an old, high crowned felt hat.
Whoever takes up the said boy and confines him in any jail, shall receive the above reward and reasonable charges if brought home.
