A Negro Fellow in Custody.

Was Committed to the Gaol of this County on the 28th day of January last, A stout well set
Negro Fellow who calls himself Robert Butler, he appears to be between 35 and 40 years of age, about 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, very black, and his eyes remarkably red; plays on the violin, and had one with him when taken up; his clothing are a brown broadcloth coat with metal buttons, a brown jacket with metal buttons, a pair of velvet breeches of an olive colour, and a coarse tow linen shirt. He was formerly the property of Daniel and Samuel Hughes. His owner is hereby notified to come, pay his fees and take him away.
