SHERIFF 'S SALE.

BY virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued out of Washington county court, at the suit of Benedict Meads, against the goods and chattles, lands and tenements of Samuel Lynch, and to me directed, and for taxes and fees, I have seized and taken in execution all the right title interest, property, claim and demand at law and in equity of the said Samuel Lynch in and to 2 Negro Boys, one named Thomas and one named Nelson, a Negro Girl named Caroline. And I hereby give notice, that on Thursday the 30th day of January inst, at 11 o’clock, A M I will offer for sale in front of the Court-House in Hagerstown, the said property so seized and taken in execution, by public auction to the highest bidder for cash,
