WILL be sold at public sale, at the late residence of Thomas Clagett, dec’d. in Pleasant Valley,
On Saturday the 23rd of January inst.,
the following, late the property of said dec’d

one a first-rate Wagoner and Farm hand, one Negro woman and two children, not to be sold out of the State.
Wheat, Rye and Oats by the bushel and Corn by the barrel. A lot of House Furniture, among which is an eight day Clock, Chairs Tables, etc. Also the one third of a growing crop of Wheat of 60 acres, and the one third of a crop of Rye of 8 acres ; together with many other things not necessary to mention.
