WHILBR (Western Maryland's Historical Library) is a part of Western Maryland Regional Library. WHILBR is responsible for digitizing this collection and maintaining the web page. The items shown are housed at the respective libraries or institutions, so for specific information about an item, contact them directly.
WHILBR has been curated and managed by Jill Craig, Digitization Librarian since 2002. The rebuild of the WHILBR website was done in 2023 by Western Maryland Regional Library web specialist Tracy Carroll.
