M. C. McMURRY
Secretary of Camera Club (4); Bird Club Secretary (3); "The Quill," Art Editor; Science Club President (3); Hi-Y; "Kicked Out of College."

A little nonsense note and then,
Is relished by the best of men.

"Friends, Romans, and Countrymen, lend me your ears!" I beg of you acknowledge this introduction to M. C. McMurry, one of the important personages of the class of '28. He is the one whose melodious laugh nearly drives the class into convulsions. His quaint manner in correcting speakers is very humorous, he is the Will Rogers and famous pharmacist of our class. M. C. is Ruth's chief rival in throwing slams and dirty digs. We hope that he will have as much success on life's highways as he has had in old P. A. H. S.

WILLIAM G. PATERSON
"Pat “Billy"
Editor of "Pennsycanac" (2-3); Editor of "The Quill"; Basket-ball (2-3-4), Captain (4); Track (1-2-3-4); Soccer (4); Dramatics (2-3-4); Glee Club (2-3-4); Sophomore Class President; Hi-Y President; "The Ghost Story"; "Trysting Place"; "Romancers"; "Nearly a Honeymoon"; "The Hoodoo"; "Nothing But the Truth"; "Pickles"; "Kicked Out of College."

All great men are dying and
I don't feel well myself.

Honk! Honk! Get out of my way! Yes, it's Pat and his Ford. This relic is usually loaded down with a gang of Penn Hi boys and girls.
Billy has recently been elected the most popular boy; the best all around student; and the best looking boy in the school. "Nuff sed."
He was the young man who first made a success of the "Pennsycanac" and The Quill. Besides winning distinction as Forward and Captain of the basket-ball team, Pat has starred in many Dramatic Club productions.
Wherever Billy's journey of life may take him, he always will be surrounded by friends and our school is proud to send men such as he forth into the world as our representatives.
