NEVADA PROUDFOOT
“Nader”
History Club (3); Gym Club (3); French Club (4); Glee Club (4); Dramatic Club (4); "Kicked Out of College."

She lives in peace with all the world,
In friendship she is true.

Here is one of the silent noises of the class. She is often seen but seldom heard; nevertheless, she is a loyal member of the Maroon and White. Nevada would go into hysterics if she should miss a game of basketball and she beams joyously upon those who struggle for the sake of dear old Penn.
It can truly be said that Nader was never heard to speak a cross word to anyone—except Delbert.
When it comes to being a true friend, Nevada is right there. She sympathizes with those in trouble; she holds forth a helping hand to those who falter on the rocky road to fame and glory. This young lady hopes to become a trained nurse and we are certain of her success if she goes about her life's work as she has her school work.

ANNA KATE ROELKE
"Katie"
Dramatic Club (2-3-4); Volley Ball (3); Basket ball (2); Art Club (3); Glee Club (3-4); French Club (4); "Pennsycanac" Staff; "Pickles"; "Kicked Out of College."

Just a sweet, light-haired, brown-eyed lass

Katie is always "Johnny on the spot" when it comes to helping along the activities of Penn Hi. She is always willing to do her bit and a double bit in most every thing. She has taken active part in athletics, dramatics, and the many other activities at "Pennsy."
In dramatics, Anna Kate hasn't made many appearances before the scenes but she is able to make for herself a great artistic career in costume designing. She supervised the costuming in "The Romancers," "The Hoodoo," and "Pickles" and thus helping to make the plays a great success. Willingness and a "million dollar smile" are bound to make for Anna Kate a successful future.
