Boonsboro Dec. 13, 1900

The Club met persuent to call and was presided over by Dr. Wm. C. Wheeler. The minutes of previous meeting were read and adopted. The following bills were passed and ordered paid.
Boonsboro Times (Printing) - $2.00
S.C. Knode & Sons (Lumber & Coal) - $6.38
Expressage on Desk - $1.26
A committee of three were appointed to renew subscriptions for magazines and etc. composed of Dr. Wm. C. Wheeler, J. Berry Gantz & F.E. Newcomer
The Club voted F.E. Newcomer $2.50 for runing expenses of the club. Bill for $10.60 for Stove was reported paid. Mr. Silas Young was tendered a membership card for one year as a courtesy for taking the Boonsboro Band to Keedysville. No other business the club adjourned.

Boonsboro Aug. 3, 1901

The Club held a special meeting for the election of Officers on Saturday Aug 3, 1901. The President Major Josiah Pierce Jr. called the meeting to order and in a few choice remarks tendered his resignation as President of the Club but on motion of Mr. Geo. A. Davis his resignation was not accepted and he was unanimously reelected as President of the Club for the ensueing year, after which all of the officers of the club were reelected for another year. The following committee were appointed to solicit contributions to the club. Samuel E. Young, Thomas E. Snavely, Dr. S.S. Davis, Hubert E. Young, Hubert Stine and Frank E. Newcomer. There being no other business the club adjourned.
