Finished.-We learn from Mr. Henry C. Mumma, who was in town on Tuesday last, that, under the directions of the Trustees of Washington Cemetery, Hagerstown, he has concluded the work of transferring the remains of Confederate dead from the scattered graves around the battle fields of our county to the place provided for then by our own and other States, in the above burying place. Every dead body of which he has had any information has been removed, numbering in all 2240, and that at a cost of just a dollar and a quarter for each body. The whole business, we are pleased to say, has been conducted with great propriety and economy. - Mail-
