TRUSTEE'S SALE!

BY virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court for Washington County, as a Court of Equity, the undersigned Trustee, will sell at public sale, in front of the Court House in Hagerstown TUESDAY the 23d day of September next, at 10 o'clock A. M.,
All that Real Estate
lying in Washington County and situate on the road leading from Hagerstown to the Manor, about 4 miles south of Hagerstown, and adjoining the lands of John Beckley and R. T. Holliday,
Containing 15 Acres of Land,
The improvements consist of a LOG WEATHER BOARDED DWELLING HOUSE, a LOG STABLE and other out buildings.—

There is a well of excellent water and an ORCHARD of good Fruit upon the premises. The land is good and laid out into four fields, and altogether it is a most desirable property.

The purchase money by the decree is to be paid —One-third on the day of sale or the ratification thereof, and the balance to be paid in two equal annual payments, the purchaser giving his bonds with security to be approved by the Trustee, bearing interest from the day of sale; and that upon the ratifications of the sale, and on the payment of the whole purchase money, the said Trustee by said decree is directed to convey by a deed executed and acknowledged agreeably to law, to the purchaser, all the right, interest, estate, claim and demand of the parties to the cause in and to said real estate, including the life estate therein of the complainant Margaret Zeller.
