Sheriff's Sale.

State of Maryland, vs Sandy Tatterson, a Slave,

Indictment for felony. In Washington County Court, March Term 1844, sentenced to be sold and transported out of the State.

AGREEABLY to the sentence in this case, I hereby give notice that on Wednesday the 8th day of May next, between the hours of 10 o' clock A. M. and 2 o’clock P. M. in front of the Court House in Hagerstown, I will proceed to offer the said Sandy Tatterson, a Slave at Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash. The purchaser to give bond and security to carry out the sentence of the Court.
