SHERIFF'S SALE.—

By virtue of sundry writs of fieri facias issued out of Washington County Court, against the goods and chattles, lands and tenements of Henry H. Gaither, one at the suit of John Horine use of H. Biershing, one at the suit of the Hagerstown Bank, one at the suit of Sarah Harnett, one at the suit of R. Logan use of A. Shoop, and one at the suit of James Breathed's Adm’rs. and for fees, to me directed, I have seized and taken in execution all the estate, right and title of the said Henry H. Gaither, in and to one negro man named Sandy, and one negro woman named Margaret.- And I hereby give notice that on Saturday, the 29 day of November next; in the jail yard in Hagerstown I will proceed to offer the said negroes so seized and taken in execution to the highest bidder for cash.
