Executors’ Sale.
WILL be sold at public sale, in obedience to an order of the Orphan’s Court of Washington County, at the house of Joseph Firey, in Hagerstown, on Tuesday the 8th day of July next, a Negro Woman named LOUISA, belonging to the estate of the late Sabina Firey, deceased. The condition of the sale shall be, as prescribed by the order, that she shall not be removed beyond the State of Maryland.
The terms are a credit of six months, the purchaser giving his note with security to be approved by the subscribers; and possession to be given when the terms are complied with. Sale to take place at 10 o'clock A. M on said day.
