Four Dollars Reward

RANAWAY, on the 24 of September last, from the subscriber living on little Conococheague, near Green Spring Furnace, A NEGRO WOMAN, named BET, about 27 or 28 years of age, of a yellowish complexion, and small size, has a small scar near one of her eyes; her clothes were various, and cannot well be described. She was bred on Fell’s-Point, Baltimore. Whoever takes up said Negro and delivers her to her master, shall have Three Dollars reward, provided she be taken in the settlement, but if taken any considerable distance from home, the above reward for securing her in any gaol, so that she be had again, and all reasonable charges if brought home, paid by
