Runaway Negroes.
Eight negroes—two men, two women and four children—belonging to Mr. William Cline and Lieut. Holland, of Hagerstown, and to Mr. P. Fitzhugh, of Catoctin Furnace, decamped in a body, on Saturday night last, for Pennsylvania, taking with them a horse and machine.
