INSTRUCTIONS.
Get Your Statement at Mine Office Three Days Before Pay Day.

Present the receipt on Pay Day at Mine Office, where Statement was received.
Receipts must be properly signed before they are presented at Pay Window.
Statements will be paid only to the person in whose favor they are made out or upon a written order from such person. All such orders must be accompanied by the original statement properly signed by the person to whom it is made out.
All Superintendents must see that these instructions are adhered to and carried out.

Notes

Consolidation Coal Mining in 1905 was payed George McMurdo 72 cents per ton of coal mined. George's Creek in 1906 and 1907 was paying 60 cents a ton.
