About
Body

To all Concerned.

A Certain Charles O’Brian ushered himself into my employ, sometime last fall, as a freeman, but has not been detected and confined in the gaol of Washington county in the State of Maryland, for illicit practices; and as it is surmised that the said O’Brian is a servant; therefore his master, is such he has, or any other person concerned are desired to take notice where he may be found.
He is about 5 feet 4 inches high, of a dark complexion, and pitted with the small-pox.
